About our furnaces

We build stoves, which are based on the principle of The free motion of gases. This allows us to create numerous interesting variations of fireplaces of different purposes and heat power:

  • Heating
  • Heating and cooking
  • Traditional Russian heating stoves
  • Water heating boilers
  • Stoves for saunas with water heating and temperature conditions regulation in a steam room
  • Kitchen stoves with the heating wall
  • Street kitchen complex – barbecue

The internal side of the stoves is made of the heat-resistant or fire brick taking into consideration the heating gaps and the following reinforcement of the external brickwork. This essentially increases stoves’ work efficacy and their operation life.

A number of operating conditions are being accomplished while building the stoves: a catalyst, a dry joint and a system of additional air supplement into the upper burning zone. The influence of the useless gases on the burning process is decreased.

You can see on the picture how the additional air supplement through the slots in the back wall is being organized. It is necessary to provide gases, which come out of the dry joints, with oxygen.

Such construction of the oven provides maximum efficacious burning process. The opportunity of receiving maximum heat out of burning process and the following effective usage of it appears.

It can be noticed on the photos, that even when a stove has not gotten dry yet, there is no chance of soot appearance in the oven.
